Welcome to Rest2Run! Over the next 12 weeks, you'll complete 3 runs each week to build your endurance, transform your mindset, and boost your confidence tremendously.

Whether you're just starting out or getting back into running, this program is designed for YOU!

How the program works?

This program is broken down into 12 weeks with 3 sessions per week. Each session includes a warm-up, interval runs, and a cool-down. The intensity will gradually increase to build your stamina safely and effectively.
